PSYC1001 (or equivalent) is an introductory first-year course that covers a wide range of topics including:
The course is generally comprised of three lectures and one tutorial per week, accumulating in around 35-40 lectures and 8-10 tutorials per semester. Assessable content includes: one research report, one final exam, and assessable quizzes (contingent on semester and course convenor). To do well, attend/ watch all lectures and attend all weekly tutorials. Test your knowledge by creating flashcards (Quizlet is good as it allows you to test yourself on the cards made) or by attempting practice questions.
